My door is stuck open and I have to leave. What do I do?
Call now — we can meet you at the house or coordinate arrival with someone you trust. Until then, remove valuables from sight and close the interior garage door if there is one.
The door fell partly and is wedged. Can I free it?
Please don't — a wedged door is under unpredictable tension and can fall the rest of the way. Keep clear and tell us it's a fallen door so the technician arrives equipped.
